Was way too small

Had to go to the post office to pick up my package/necklace for postage due. apparently your online seller from Coppell, Texas who re-labeled the package from China didn't put the correct postage code from Texas to Oregon. They put a inner city code on it. I had to pay for that. This keeps happening and I am getting angry to have to keep paying extra postage from the online seller in Coppell Texas. They need to learn how to code it correctly so you don't have more angry customers.
